Founded in 2021, Better Movement  was created  to provide quality in-home physical therapy service to accelerate recovery and improve patient care by removing the barriers to treatment. Our goal is to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation to recreational sport activity by limiting these factors.

In addition to rehabilitation services, we aim to prevent injury through our functional movement evaluations to address mobility and stability deficits before they result in injury. Building better athletes (yes, you!) one body at a time.
